Mrs. Rivas possesses over thirteen years of experience as a certified clinical social workers who is bicultural and bilingual. She has dealt with many different populations including LGBTQ+, those dealing problems with addiction and victims of sexual assault, and intimate partner violence. She's worked with Erie patients in 2019 The clinic is now offering Telehealth Health services. Dr. Rivas, who is a member of the Behavioral Health Perinatal team, which works with pregnant and post-partum women. She is a trauma-informed therapist for adults. She is also a specialist in trauma-related care. She also offers both private and group therapy, medication-assisted treatment, referral for specialty care and Women's Support groups. Amanda works with Best Friends Animal Society to help homeless animals find homes. She is committed to with the Best Friends motto, Save Them All and hopes to see Los Angeles turn into a "no kill" city.
